Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) is a vegetable available throughout the year. It can be divided into two types according to leaf shape as pointed leaves and round leaves. It has a long petiole and thin mesophyll. Its roots are thick as well as rich in sugar. It has good quality. Autumn and winter blanket spinach belongs to this type.

Round-leaf type As the name implies the leaves are round or oval in shape. The leaves are large and fleshy, the petiole is short and broad, and the oxalic acid content is high. Spring and summer spinach is mostly this type.

Spinach is extremely nutritious. Because of its rich vitamin content, it is known as the “vitamin treasure house.” It is a divine medicine for people with high blood pressure, diabetes, and constipation.

Spinach is a food that contains a large number of antioxidants. Antioxidants have many beneficial effects on the body. Such as,
